Upon delivery of the order, our delivery person checks and validates the contents of the order with the customer, ensuring that there has been no mistake and no breakage during transport. Following which, the two parties will sign the invoice, certifying that everything has been delivered, and this under the expected conditions. As for exterior siding products that we do not manufacture, but that we distribute, these will be sold with the warranties provided by the manufacturer.

We have a selection of complementary and necessary installation products here in Hardware | Custom Standard | Quebec on our shop page that you can add to your order. When you enter your information for the kit creation, a message will suggest the necessary quantity of caulking and fasteners that you will need to install your kit. So you can add everything to your cart and have everything you need for installation.

We allow a delay of 2 to 7 working days for the delivery of the goods.
